rsx type s interior questions

i have a couple questions about the interior of my car. What holds the a pillar in place(plastic molding along windshield) and dose any one know where to get replacement driver side window at. mines not broke but i cant role down the window because the tabs that hold it to the motor broke and ive been told you cant just by new tabs and glue wont hold. if you have any ideas please let me know. thanks for your help
