So farI've found some info that leads me to believe we may have an imposter...

First:
The wheels are not the same as the ones in the movie... The Maxima in the movie had TSW Trophy wheels...

Second:
The Maxima in the movie didnt have Alteezas

Third:
The Maxima in the movie wasn't automatic

I think the automatic tranny would be the biggest give a way that it could be phony. If it is fake then cant they get in mad trouble for trying to pass it off as the Maxima from the movie? :dunno:

trying to sell it by saying it is yeah id think so but just imitating it i dont think so. i mean isnt there at least 1 or 2 eclipe's here in town like the one in the movie? also i think if it is a phony there would be some issues being they are passing off a phoney autograph. it does appear faded as time does that so i dont know. still wouldnt go for it for 40k

If anyone is willing to pay this much for this Maxima would be for the fact that it was the one in F&F, why would you get it and paint it?! Might as well by a different Maxima
